He was predeceased by: his parents, Police Lt and Eustace. He is survived by: his wife Fran Scruggs; his sons, William Todd Daniel of Valdosta, James F. Daniel (Candace) of Valdosta and John M. Daniel of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Will, Andrew, Michael, Zachary, Aubree and Luke Daniel; his sister Janice Waddle (E. B.) of DeRidder, LA; and his sister-in-law Susan Shelton (Davy) of Valdosta.

The family also requests that masks be worn, and social distancing be maintained during all the services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Building Fund or the Missions fund Northside Baptist Church 200 Park Ave, Valdosta, GA 31602.
