He was predeceased by: his mother Veronica Kozuch. He is survived by: his father John Kozuch; his wife Jerry Kozuch of Valdosta, Georgia; his children, Ronnie Roberts (Jack) of Albany, Randy Kozuch of Alexandria, Virginia, Tony Kozuch of Albany, Karen Kozuch of Valdosta and Misty Wrye (Jamie) of Lakeland, Georgia; his stepchildren, Keith Sifford (Dianne) of Macon and Robbie Sifford of Leesburg, Georgia; his grandchildren, Kelly Melvin Chase (John), Lisa Kozuch, Christine Johnson (Scott), Nathan Wrye (Jenna Shaw), Nick Wrye, Jessica Workman (Dan) and Heaven McDonald (Steve); and his sisters, Lucy Kozuch of Poland and Maria Kozuch of Poland. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
