She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Brown Barrett and Ruenelle Wall Barrett of Virginia; her husband Willard L. Baker, Jr.; and her brother Raymond Brown Barrett. She is survived by: her children, Raymond Kelly VanHorn (Courtney) of Valdosta and Renee Morris (Tony) of Hazlehurst; her grandchildren, Jeremy Dillon VanHorn of Canton, Haylee Autumn Van Horn of Valdosta, Houston Vanlandingham of Valdosta, Gabbi Buenrostro of Valdosta, Nicolas Buenrostro of Valdosta, Rhiann Desot of Valdosta, Brooke Miles (Grant) of Hazlehurst, Briley Wommack of Hazlehurst, Logan Wommack of Hazlehurst and Connor Mason of Hazlehurst; and her great grandchildren, Leanna Rain Van Horn and Allie Miles.
