She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Paul and Adeline Cosman Harmsen; and her husbands, James Edward Horne and Hobart Alexander Hodge. She is survived by: her sons, Jim (Linnette Horne) and Mike (Cindy Horne); her grandchildren, Aaron (Casey Horne) of Valdosta, Kristin (Ryan Blount) of Clarksville, TN, Ashely (Jordyn Horne) of Hot Springs and Jeremiah Horne (Elle Vester) of Henderson, TN; her siblings, Mary Kay Peterson of Cottage Grove, Minnesota and Gary; and her sister-in-law Vicki Harmsen of Clinton, Iowa. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hodge served on the Suwannee/Hamilton Vocational Tech School Advisory Board, was a member of the Women's Club of Jasper, and the Kiwanis Club of Jasper, and volunteered for the American Cancer Society.
