Carter of Valdosta, GA; his daughter Christy Meeks of Valdosta, GA; his son-in-law Leon Meeks of Valdosta, GA; his son Thomas "Bucky", Jr. of Valdosta, GA; his daughter-in-law Laura Carter of Valdosta, GA; his grandchildren, Erica Alese Morris, Ashley Elizabeth Carter and Landon Thomas Breeden; his brother Ashley Carter of Florida; his mother-in-law Ruby Wilson of Americus, GA; his siblings-in-law, Chris Reid of Americus, GA, Ed Reid of Americus, GA and Donald Wilson; and also, Sheila Carter of Florida, Sandra Nash of Valdosta, GA, Marsha, Bo Foster of North Carolina, Wanda Wilson of Americus, GA and Several. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews.
