She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Felix Landon and Thelma Christine Polk Landon; her husband Tommy Eugene Head; and her brothers, James Landon and Edward Landon.
She is survived by: her son Craig; her daughter-in-law Cathy Head of Adel; and her grandchildren, Justin, April Ramella of Lakeland, Elizabeth, Brandon Ramella of Nashville, Makayla Ramella of Lakeland, Tristan and Tamie Head of Gilbert. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Wounded Warrior, Tunnels to Towers or to the American Heart Association.
