He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Rowan; and his siblings, Pete Rowan and Carolyn DiMatteo. He is survived by: his children, Construction and Terri Brown of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Daniel Brown of Valdosta and Kayla Brown of Valdosta; and his great grandchildren, Addison Brown, Charlotte Tyson and Ryder Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & extended family.
