She is survived by: her husband Dwight McDougal; her children, Ollie Choice, Jr. (Faye), Dawn E. Reed, Beulah A. Choice and Kristie Choice; her siblings, June Burgman (Clarence), Cleveland Adkins, Helon Roberson (Sam), Richard Uddyback (Sylvia), Arthur Uddyback and Lawanna Uddyback Sims; her grandchildren, Joshua, Kierstin, Ashleigh, Latifah and Malachi; and her great grandchildren, Amari and Aadyn. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, siblings, other relatives and friends.
