He was predeceased by: his brother Derrick Cain. He is survived by: his wife Julie Davis Cain of Valdosta; his children, Heather Strickland and Ashley Strickland; his father Atlee Cain; his parents-in-law, Jimmy Davis and Carolyn Davis; his siblings, Mark Cain (Wendy) and Karen Cain Taylor (Don); his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Davis, Jr. and Connie Sandlin (Don); his nieces and nephews, Aaron Cain (Rebecca), Stacy Cain (Lee), Shelton Cain, Celeste Taylor, Kristi Taylor, Tabitha Barber (Jason), Paisley Barber, Jim Davis-Johnson (Rickey), Jessie Pruitt (Michael), Hudson Pruitt and Avery Pruitt; and his friend Langdale Hospice House.
