He is survived by: his wife Tyra Creasy of Valdosta, Georgia; his children, Alan Creasy of Ocilla, Georgia, Jeremy Creasy (Amanda) of Valdosta, Georgia and Tristen Smith (Shane) of Winder, Georgia; his grandchildren, Elora, Candler, Adalyn, Kevin and Trista; his siblings, Bubba Creasy (Lisa) of Valdosta, Terry Creasy (Amy) of Valdosta, Ray Creasy of Valdosta, Joey Creasy (Patricia) of Valdosta, Georgia and Jennifer Salmela of Valdosta, Georgia; his mother-in-law Betty Simpson of Albertville, Alabama; his daughters, Tiffany and Susannah; and his pet Little Bit. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
