He was predeceased by: his father Patrick John Costello. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Costello; his siblings, Mary Ann Hand (Carl Hand) of New Paltz, Michele Louise Costello Alevizopoulos (Antonios Alevizopoulos) of Quogue and Patrick Gregory Costello (Rosemary Costello) of Waleska, Georgia; and his son Thomas Patrick Costello of Ellington, Connecticut.. He is also survived by nieces, three great-nephews, and one great-niece.
