She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond H. Carter and Nora Lee Sherouse Carter; and her husband James H. Watley. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Musgrove of Valdosta and Jamie; her daughter-in-law Leighann Watley of Hahira; her daughter Faith Ann Plymel of Valdosta; her grandchildren, Jarrett L. Musgrove, Megan Musgrove, Dalton, Jacey Watley, Mackenzie Watley, Haley Godwin, Mackenzie Hagen and Brandon Hagen; her great grandchildren, Addisyn Corbett, Macyn Corbett, Aiden Watley, Lydia Musgrove, Bryson Musgrove, Nola Watley and Cameron Watley; and her sister June Randolph. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar McLane Lakewood Funeral Home (3119 W Marion Ave, Lake Park, GA 31636). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens Pavilion (3945 N Valdosta Rd, Valdosta, GA 31602). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at the Calendar McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens (3945 N Valdosta Rd, Valdosta, GA 31602).
