It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Lee (Valdosta, Georgia), born in Pompano Beach, Florida, who passed away on September 14, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Lucinda Peacox; and his siblings, Robert Anderson, Ernest Anderson and Clara Davis. He is survived by: his wife Minister Betty Jean Anderson of Valdosta, GA; his children, Antione Jones of Vero Beach, FL, Samuel Lee Anderson II of Valdosta, GA and Curmit Sibert of Miami Beach, FL; his siblings-in-law, Johnny McElhaney (Clereatha), Walter McElhaney (Delores), Jacob McElhaney, Pink McElhaney, Alton Singleton, Aaron McElhaney, Nathaniel Black, Jennette Anderson, Delores McElhaney, Mae Frances Anderson, Tawanna McElhaney and Felecia McElhaney; and his close friends, Jimmy Lamar, Johnny Lamar, Clarence Grisham, Lendwood Clark, Carlos Jones and George Copeland. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
