It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sam Spell Sr. (Valdosta, Georgia), who passed away on September 20, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Void Spell and Margaret Virginia Watson; and his siblings, Hilda Murphy, Doris Long, Sue Phillips, Aaron Spell and Jim Spell.
He is survived by: his children, Ila Mellisa Spell (Heath), Sam Spell Jr, Charles Spell (Renee) and James Spell; and his siblings, Henry Ed Spell, William Spell and Mattie Dickerson. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
