We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2018, at the age of 99, Ruth Harper Babb (Valdosta, Georgia), born in Lone, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her sons, James E. Jackson of Valdosta and David Witte (Angela) of Dallas; her husband Thurman Julian Babb; and her daughter-in-law Rosemary Jackson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; … one niece.
