She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse Sr. and Virginia of Washington; her grandmother Julia; her uncle George; her brothers, Jesse Jr. of Washington and Charles of Washington; her granddaughter Tamee Thompkins; her nephew Trevor of Washington; her children, Sandra Thompkins of Valdosta, GA, George Bryant (Pat) of Richmond Hill, GA and Anthony of Valdosta, GA; her sister Joan of Washington; her goddaughter Pamela King; and her friends, Emma Sampson, Linda Akins, Richard Bricker (Emma), Shirley Ann Wallo, Dorothy Cambridge, Ann Bentley, Catherine Fason, Medora Lawson, Mary Pitts, Delores Hargett and Jean Arnold. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two nephews; three nieces; four great nephews; two great nieces.
