He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliott Lee Talley and Dorothy Kemper Talley; his daughter Rebecca Beasley; and his sister Barbara Byers. He is survived by: his wife Linda Harnage Talley of Valdosta, Georgia; his son David Talley (Kenda) of Valdosta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Sarah, Dawson, Peyton, Hunter, Hayden, Holden, Cade and Hayden B.; his sister Pat Saynes of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and his mother-in-law Ethel Floyd (Georgia) of Valdosta. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Music Funeral Services - Valdosta (3831 N Valdosta Rd, Valdosta, GA 31602).
