He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Blendine Cox and Gordon Covington Spradlin; and his daughter Carolyn F. Powers. He is survived by: his wife Susie C. Spradlin of Valdosta, GA; his siblings, Marilyn F. Pena of New Braunfels, TX, Homer Fulghum of Kansas City, KS and Scottie Fulghum (Alisa) of Royse City, TX; and his grandchildren, Jian, Summer, Chris, Cherise, Kerri, Loran and Briana. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
