He was predeceased by: his parents, James Egbert and Ida Mae Phillips (Whitaker); and his siblings, James "Jimmy" Phillips and Betty Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Anne Phillips of Valdosta, GA; his son Bob; his daughter-in-law Heather Allgood of Tennessee; his daughter Dawn; his son-in-law Danny Hayes of Tennessee; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Charles Loncon of Guthrie, OK; his daughter Brenda; his son-in-law Gary Griffis of Lake Park, GA; his daughter Julie; his son-in-law Brad Gane of Valdosta, GA; his grandchildren, Karen Snowden, Charles "Trey" Loncon, Gary Allen Cifers, Kailana Haugen, Nic Griffis, Joshua Haugen, Ashley Loncon, Keegan Loncon and True Gane; his great grandchildren, Chason Brooks, Aiden Cifers, Cameron Seyfried, Erynn Haugen and Malia Anglin; and his sister Jean Pond of Alabama. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
