She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill J. Scott and Evelyn Roberts Conley; her former husband Larry Sullivan; her sisters, Merilyn Buchanan and Cathy Buice; and her stepmother Alene Scott.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Cornelius, Sr. of Hahira, GA; her children, LaRae Sullivan of Hahira, GA and Jay Sullivan (Stacey) of Athens, GA; her siblings, Steve Scott of Valdosta, GA and Connie Smith of Barnesville, GA; and her grandchildren, Will Willis, Dylan Willis, Wes Sullivan, Stephen Sullivan, Mason Sullivan, Joshua Sullivan and Anna Sullivan. She is also survived by several Great Grandchildren.
