Carter of Valdosta, GA, Ricky Carter of Valdosta, GA, Kim Carter Vinson (Franklin) of Valdosta, GA, Lorne Craig Carter of Valdosta, GA and Reagan J. Carter (Jana Leigh) of Valdosta, GA; her grandchildren, Jordan Patten, Michael Carter, Ricky Carter, Jr., Candice E. Carter, Brittney Nolan, James Tutt, Dusty Carter, Dylan Carter and Dara Carter; her great grandchildren, Carter Patten, Lennex Patten, Trevor Carter, Austin Carter, Ava Carter, Mackenzye Epler, Brayden Epler, Landyn Folsom, Cameron J. Anderson, Wilkes Nolan, Kaylynn Tutt, Adelyn Tutt and Elena Sanchez; and her sister Hazel Christine Swanson (Paul). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
