It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Mack West of Valdosta, Georgia, who passed away on December 3, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Phillip Mack may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phillip Mack touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Jean Jerkins and Jessie West; and his siblings, David, Jerry West, Julie Arbor, Carolyn Payne and Deborah Johnroe.
He is survived by: his nieces, Karen Browning (Curtis) of Brooks County, GA and Christina Payne of Destin, FL; his great-nephews, Jacob Browning of Adel, GA and Ryan Payne (Ashley) of White Springs, FL; and his great-niece Savannah Browning of Brooks County, GA.
