He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Belmont Gillespie and Iris Eleanor Gillespie (Boyette); his wife Cynthia Gillespie; his children, Paula Finley and Gary Gillespie; his grandchildren, Cody Finley, Colton Finley, Gracie Gillespie and Garysson Gillespie; and his siblings, Karl Gillespie, Diann Gillespie and Shellie Gillespie. He was also cherished by father and grandfather.
