He is survived by: his wife Debbie Carter of Valdosta, GA; his children, Robbie Carter (Marie), Jeannie Roberson (Ricky Browning) and Diane Boon (Malachi); his grandchildren, Jonna West, Paul Carter, Wayne Carter and Chip Roberson; his siblings, Flora Warren, Shirley Davis and Ralph Mears; and his great grandchildren, Emily, Jacob, Kaydence, Carsten, Bridger, Landers and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
