She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lane and Roberta Carter Lane; her husband Philip Wendell Russell; and her siblings, Burton Lane, Bernan Lane, Frank Lane, Bobby Lane, Kathrine Waldrep and Ruth Gilbert.
She is survived by: her sons, James "Jim" Russell of Brooks County and Richard (Cindy Russell). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
