He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mullins and Nancy Mullins; and his brother Jimmy Mullins. He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Redfern (Mark Redfern) of Lake Park and Shannon Watts (James Watts, Jr.) of Lake Park; his grandchildren, William C. Carter of Lake Park, Landreigh Redfern of Lake Park and Everly Redfern of Lake Park; his siblings, Ricky Mullins of Kentucky and Beverley Warner; his niece Rebecca Litzenberger of Germany; and the mother of his children Alesia Dorminey of Valdosta.
