The memory of Maynard Herring of Valdosta, Georgia, who passed away on December 2, 2024 at the age of 86, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Herring and Marie Tomlinson Herring; his wife Peggy Wisenbaker Herring; his brother Ealie; and his sister-in-law Glenda Herring.
He is survived by: his sons, Art (Paula Herring), Rich (Suzanne Herring) and Ken (Michelle Herring); his sister Marilyn; his brother-in-law Huron Nichols of Lake Park; his grandchildren, Grant Herring (Rose), Jesslyn Dazey (Brice), Mary Welch, Harrison Welch, Levi Herring, Abigail Herring, Jackson Herring and Jenna Herring; and his great grandchildren, Liam Dazey and Gray Dazey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
