It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mattie Windham of Valdosta, Georgia, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Carlton C. Watford; her husband Buddy Windham; and her daughter-in-law Esther Windham. She is survived by: her children, Carlton O. Windham of Valdosta and Doretta Jo; her son-in-law Elvis Beckham of Valdosta; and her sister-in-law J. W. (Doris Watford). She is also survived by six grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends; and a brother.
