It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maryann Elizabeth Young of Valdosta, Georgia, born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Steven and Mary Marie Handlovic; her husband Lowell Allen Young; her son Dale Young; her daughter-in-law Julie Young; and her siblings, Elenor Keeler, Frances Bollman, Lori Fritz and Michael Handlovic.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Young (Tina) of Hahira, GA, Lowell Young, Jr. of Valdosta, GA, Toni Marie Young of Albuquerque, NM and Lisa Higgins (Danny) of Stanley, NC; and her sister Elaine Getz (Kenny) of North Hampton, PA.. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren.
