She was predeceased by: her parents, James Osborne and Mable Osborne. She is survived by: her husband David Tuggle; her daughter Beth Rountree (Seth); her brother Robert Osborne (Margaret) of Marion, VA; her grandchildren, Harrison Waller and Sara Beth Rountree; and her sister-in-law June Fields of Bristol, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
