Phillips of Adel and John Dustin (Bonnie Ann Phillips); her daughter-in-law Laurie Ann Phillips of Adel; her grandchildren, Michelle Phillips (Robert Jewell), Michael (Kristina Phillips), Haley (Justin Simpson), Faith Phillips, Zane (Karrah Phillips), Addison Underwood and Joni Phillips; her sister Martha Sue Cox of Lake Park; her nieces, Linda Sue Lindsay of Lee and Mary Lee Villalva of Lake Park; and her sister-in-law Jackie Glass. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
