He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Collins and Leebell Collins (Liles) of Valdosta, GA.. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Collins; and his children, Shirley Collins, Marvin Daniel (Shawanda Collins), Charles (Regina Campbell) and Lamar (Elizabeth Campbell). He is also survived by grandkids (32) and great grandkids.
