It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Bell Blackburn (Valdosta, Georgia), born in Cairo, Georgia, who passed away on February 4, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Arthur Bell and Ruth Oliver Bell; her significant other Oris Degrapharee Blackburn; her daughters, Rebecca and Mary; and her grandson Graf Exum. She was also cherished by her friends, and especially her husband, her daughters, and her grandson.
