It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lowell Thomas Brown of Valdosta, Georgia, born in Panama City, Florida, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lee Barrett and Georgia Davis Brown; his brothers, Wayne Brown, David Brown and Dwight "Potter" Brown; his wife Barbara Abbott Brown; his children, Twinkx Thompson (Ed) of Panama City, Lisa LeGette (Jim) of Belleville and Bart (Jill Brown) of Valdosta, Georgia; and his siblings, Gerald Brown of Rockland, Brenda Saunders and Janice McDonald (Donnie) of Panama City, FL.. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
