She is survived by: her parents, Steve and Cass; and her siblings, Amy Murphy (Dennis) of Cochranville, Katie Nickel (John) of Tampa, FL, Stephen Jakubowski (Chelsea) of Williamsburg, VA, Erin, Dennis, Patrick, Elizabeth, Abby and Paige.

Memorial contributions may be made to honor Lori to St. Francis Center or Hospice of South Georgia, both in Valdosta, GA. ~Heaven is so lucky to have you, Lori J.
