She is survived by: her children, Ralph Lee (Patricia), Shirley Washington (Milton), Shela Wade, Cynthia Orr, Patricia Godfrey, Erica Carmichael and Stephanie Martin; her sister Marie Brunswick of Folkston, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Reese, Betty Campbell (Danie), Dock Wade, Sr. (Vern) and Johnny Wade (Alma). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
