She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Simpson and Mary Simpson (Thornton); and her siblings, William Simpson and Elizabeth Simpson. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Jenkins of Tennessee, Judy Simpson of Tennessee, Samantha Simpson of Tennessee, Wesley Simpson of Tennessee and Robert Simpson of Valdosta, Georgia; her niece Annie Belcher (Kim); her nephews, Colin Simpson of Tennessee, Richard Simpson of Tennessee, Joshua Simpson of Tennessee, Bowen Simpson of Tennessee and Joey Simpson of Tennessee; and her caregivers, Briana, Constance, Chiarra and Danisha.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Music Funeral Services - Valdosta (3831 N Valdosta Rd, Valdosta, GA 31602). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
