Richard Garnett, Jr.; her brother Dickey Plowden Rabun of Highland Ranch, CO; her niece Jo Anne Rabun Smith; her stepchildren, Susan Garnett Spears (Richard) and Stephen Garnett (Elizabeth); and her stepgrandchildren, Joseph Allen Garnett and Sarah Elizabeth Garnett.
