She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Robert Austin and Emelyn Branch Austin; her husband Larry James Wood; her son Michael Denton Wood; and her grandson Levi Rhyne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie (John Zaciewski) and Terri Wood Elftmann of Jacksonville, Florida. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
