He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Michael and Ann Jean O'Connor (Hayden); his wife Judy O'Connor; his son Rusty O'Connor; and his siblings, Kim Palmer, Juanita Parisi and Randy O'Connor.
He is survived by: his daughter Christy Jackson of Valdosta, GA; his grandchildren, Jacob Jackson and Jacey Welch; and his siblings, Karen Burnett (Van) of Mayfield, KY, Rhonda Adams (Alan) of Mayfield, KY, Diana Rockwell (Bobby) of Hickory, KY, Denise Diaz (Ed) of Calvert City, KY, Mike O'Connor (Joanne) of Sanford, FL, Jerry O'Connor (Debbie) of Mayfield, KY and Troy O'Connor of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
