He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Blevins and Ruth Powell Blevins; his sister Martha; and his brother-in-law Monte Branham. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Barnes Blevins of Valdosta; his children, Michele Pirkle (Kimberly Cady) of Smyrna, GA, Stephanie Bond (Jody Davenport) of Dalton, GA and Lee LeFiles (Missy) of Hahira; his grandchildren, Courtney Richards (Braxton) of Calhoun, GA, Leesy LeFiles and Milli LeFiles of Hahira; his great grandchild Beau Mitchell Richards of Calhoun; his brothers, Jerry Blevins (Barbara) of Martinsburg, VA and Edward Blevins of Roanoke, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Blevins, Clay Blevins, Sherry Albert and Melody Wilson.
