Though Josie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Josie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. Viewing was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Godfrey Funeral Home (636 River St, Valdosta, GA 31601). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the West Hill Church of Christ (1416 W Hill Ave, Valdosta, GA 31601). Due to COVID-19, Godfrey Funeral Home will be enforcing social distancing and following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.
