It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph B. Parker of Valdosta, Georgia, born in Brooks, Georgia, who passed away on June 7, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Parker and Cora Alma Parker; his grandson Austin Parker; and his siblings, Florene DeLoach, Inez Steedley, Ruth Bush and Elmer Parker.

He is survived by: his sibling Rivers League; his wife Dorothy Parker of Valdosta; his children, Steven (Debby Parker), Rusty (Charlotte Parker) and Karen Parker of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Courtney Fleming (Brad), Zach, Casey, Cole Parker (Gabi), Jake Parker, Masha and Dasha Bzenyuk; his siblings, Evelyn Brinson, Kathleen (Frank Culpepper) and James; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted, or in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of South Georgia, 2263 Pineview Drive, Valdosta, GA 31602.
