He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rose Harrison Henry, Suzy Scheuring, Jack Harrison and Howard; his sister-in-law Dorothy Harrison; and his parents-in-law, Norvell and Louelle Barfield.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Tracy Weitala (Kyle), Suzanne Feazell (John), Chad Harrison (Christina) and Whit Vickers; his grandchildren, Derieck Daniels, Trevor Daniels, Nick, John Mark, Noah and Sarah Grace Harrison; his children, Lauren and Will Vickers; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kayla Britt, Kory and Cindee Weitala; and his brother-in-law Bob Scheuring.
In lieu of flowers, please consider contributing in Farney's honor to First Baptist Church Valdosta to aid in the rebuilding of the Sanctuary that was recently damaged by Hurricane Helene.
