He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Tittle Winters and Eva J. Crosby Winters; his wife Linda Faye Shiver Winters; and his siblings, William O. "Bill" Winters and Lorene Winters Phillips.
He is survived by : his son Jody; his daughter-in-law Katrina Winters of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Blake Winters (Reede Johnson) and Dillon Winters; his daughters, Savannah Leigh Winters and Jennifer; his son-in-law Keith Folsom of Valdosta; his grandchildren, Paige Folsom (Ron Hyatt), Lacey and Ryan Pappas; and also, McKenzie and Presley Pappas.
