He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph B. Powell, Jr. (Joe). He is survived by: his niece Susan Powell of Albany, GA; his nephew Robert D. "Bobby" Powell (Valerie); his close friend Pamela Woods of Ray City; and also, Ashley Sheffield and Lakeland.
