She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Robert Carter and Ruth Sego Carter. She is survived by: her daughters, Gina (Justin Reynolds), Georgia, Kimberly (Bill Pate) and Nancie (Jon Geddings); her grandchildren, Jessica Willis of Valdosta, Tyler Willis of Valdosta, Kyle Reynolds of Nashville, Katelynn Reynolds of Warner Robins and Will Pate of Valdosta; her great grandchildren, Eloise Willis (Ellie) of Valdosta and Alton Kyle Reynolds of Warner Robins; and her sisters, Nancy (Rodney Ellington) and June (Mel Ricks).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First United Methodist Church, Hospice of South Georgia, or the Lowndes County Humane Society.
