He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Grace Traynor of Valdosta, Georgia; his daughter Vicki Brantley (Gilbert "Goose") of Valdosta, Georgia; his grandchildren, James "Clay" Roper of Roy, Daniel Joiner (Jennifer) of Albany, Georgia, Lisa Roper of California and Haley Harris (Chad) of Plains, Georgia; his great grandchildren, Michael Buckingham of California, Christopher Buckingham (Stephanie) of California, Maddox Joiner of Albany, Holden Harris of Plains, Georgia, Cheyenne Roper of Stewarts Draft, Virginia, Morgan Roper of Utah and Henley Harris; his great great grandchildren, Dylan Ellis, Caden Spaid, Jaxon Buckingham, Addison Buckingham and McKenzie Buckingham; his close friends, Richard "Rap" Brown (JoAnne), Elsie Crain, Phil Youngblood (Von), R. D., Sandra Martin, Rod Pedersen (Brenda) of Candy and Justin York; and his friend Bailey Traynor.
