He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny B. Williams and Beulah Mae Daugherty Williams; his former wife Janice Williams Mobley; his wife Jean Scott Williams; and his sister Johnnie Mae Timothy.
He is survived by: his children, Angela (Robert Bliss) of Griffin, GA, Alice (John Urspruch) of Covington, GA, Peggy Carter (Jimmy Brooks) of Jackson, GA and Barry Herrin (Michael Herrin) of Cumming, GA; and his brother Jack Williams of Valdosta, GA. He is also survived by his thirteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
