It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Dorneden (Valdosta, Georgia), who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marjorie Marshall, Bernard and Pat Dorneden; and his grandson Jacob Miller. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Dorneden of Valdosta, GA; his children, Suzanne Miller (Jeff) of Panama City, FL and Douglas Dorneden (Lorraine) of Hahira, GA; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Heike, Michael, Mark, Matthew and Hope; his great grandchildren, Chole and Kaitlyn; and his siblings, Greg Dorneden, Stephen Dorneden, Joe Dorneden, Jerry Dorneden, Mark Dorneden and Cecile Mutch (Dennis). He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
